Glossary

Channeling — The process of allowing information, energy, or inspiration to flow through oneself from a source beyond the ordinary conscious mind. People often experience this after prayer or meditation — some find it through music, sports, or simply walking, wherever the mind clears enough to "tune in" to something greater than themselves.
Frequency — Represents where your vibration would be measured. There's a loose correspondence to brainwave states and to David R. Hawkins' Levels of Consciousness, though much of this has yet to be explored scientifically. If you don't yet have a way to measure your own frequency, start by simply tuning into how you feel — awareness builds the scale over time.
Quantum — The idea that subtle, energetic, or mental adjustments can produce large, visible changes. While metaphorical, this usage draws inspiration from the mystery and interconnectedness found in quantum physics. In practice, it's that moment when a new realization shifts your whole perspective — often letting you solve problems you couldn't before.
